10% more Value Promotion - Terms and Conditions
1. The promotion is open to all customers including Vodacom employees and their families.
2. A post-paid customer will only be able to purchase for a prepaid or uChoose or Top-Up number.
3. The promotion gives 10 percent more value on prepaid Airtime and data bundles only for purchases of these products on Vodacom’s channels, namely and limited to, the My Vodacom App, Vodacom website and Vodacom Express Recharge USSD *111*02# and *135*02#.
4. Promotion commences 08 April 2019.
5. Vodacom reserves the right to terminate the promotion at any time. Where Vodacom elects to terminate the promotion, the termination date of the promotion will reflect in these terms and conditions as an update.
6. Vodacom may amend or vary these terms and conditions and where such amendment or change is material Vodacom will provide its customers with reasonable prior written notice before making any such change. Please familiarize yourself with any updates to these terms and conditions which may take place from time to time.
7. The promotion is for prepaid purchases paid for using a bank card only via one of the aforementioned channels seen in point 3.
8. The extra 10 percent on airtime issued will not expire. The extra data bundle will carry the same expiry rules as the type of bundle purchased i.e. where customer purchases an hourly bundle, they will be given 10 percent more on the hourly bundle which will expire within an hour.
9. Every prepaid airtime transaction, which meets the minimum qualifying criteria of R29 and above, qualifies for the 10 % extra value
10. Only selected prepaid data bundles qualify for the 10 % extra value
11. The 10% more value has no limit on the number of transactions
12. In the event that customer does not receive the extra value, the customer must contact Vodacom’s contact centre at 082 135 for assistance.
