Terms And Conditions
1. This promotion is available from the 15th of March 2017 until the 31st of March 2017. Vodacom reserves the right alter or terminate this promotion at any time in order to prevent catastrophic impact on the Network.
2. This promotion is available to all new and existing Prepaid, Hybrid and Contract subscribers
3. This promotion is only available to Android and iOS smartphone customers who haven’t used the My Vodacom App in the last 2 months
4. In order to receive the 100MB data bundle for downloading or updating to the latest version of the My Vodacom App, you need to dial the USSD string*135*100# and follow the prompts.
Free 100MB Data Bundle
5. If you have an eligible smartphone, you will be allocated a free 100MB data bundle to use for downloading or updating the My Vodacom App.
6. The 100MB data bundle will be valid for 2 days, until 23:59 following the day of allocation
7. There will be no carry-over of unused data on the promotional 100MB data bundle after expiry
8. The free 100MB data bundle cannot be used while roaming
9. The free 100MB data bundle cannot be transferred
10. The free 100MB data bundle will have no associated out-of-bundle rate
11. The free 100MB data bundle doesn’t have an associated out-of-bundle rate, the out-of-bundle rate of the subscriber’s respective tariff plan will apply
1GB Data Bundle Reward
12. The 1GB data bundle reward is only available to Android and iOS smartphone customers who haven’t used the My Vodacom App in the last 2 months
13. Once you have downloaded or updated to the latest version of the My Vodacom App for the first time, you will be able to redeem a 1GB data bundle reward on the app
14. The 1GB data bundle reward will be valid for 7 days and will expire at 23:59, 7 days from and including the day of allocation
15. Only one 1GB reward bundle per subscriber will be allowed. After you have been allocated the 1GB reward bundle, you will not be able to receive the bundle again using your cell number or smartphone.
16. There will be no carry-over of unused data on the 1GB data bundle reward after expiry
17. The 1GB data bundle reward cannot be used while roaming
18. The 1GB data bundle reward cannot be transferred
19. The 1GB data bundle reward will have no associated out-of-bundle rate
20. The 1GB data bundle reward doesn’t have an associated out-of-bundle rate, the out-of-bundle rate of your respective tariff plan will apply
21. You can view the balance of your bundles via the following channels:
• USSD (*135#)
• Vodacom Online (Portal, App and Mobisite)
• Customer Care (M2, iCap Flex and Siebel)
• Keyword SMS (136 & 31050)
• IVR Services
22. Normal order of consumption rules will apply and the promotional bundle (with the 7 day validity) will be depleted from first

Terms And Conditions
1. This offer is available for all Vodacom customers’ who are on Prepaid, Top-Up and Contract plans, using Android and iOS devices that have not downloaded and used the My Vodacom App previously.
2. To qualify for the free 1GB allocation, you must download the latest version of the My Vodacom App for Android and iOS devices, you need to use the downloaded My Vodacom App, and you must be a first time user of the My Vodacom App.
3. The Free 1GB of data is valid for 3 Days including the day of allocation, up to 23:59 on day 3.
4. The 1GB Free data allocation can take up to 24hrs after you have used the downloaded My Vodacom App for the first time.
5. To qualify for the offer you must have a valid Vodacom SIM card.
6. The free data offer will be allocated in full with no pro-ration.
7. The Free 1GB offer will only be allocated once.
8. There is no carry-over of unused bundles after expiry.
9. This is a consumer data product and may only be used by an end-user that is a natural person.
10. Vodacom reserves the right to vary offers as deemed necessary.
11. Vodacom reserves the right to discontinue this offer at any time.
12. Free data cannot be transferred.
13. Free data offer cannot be use for data roaming.
14. Once the free data has been depleted or expired the applicable out of bundle rates apply (subject to your tariff plan).
15. To check your balance log in to the My Vodacom App, go to www.vodacom.co.za or dial *135*# and select Balances.
16. Vodacom reserves the right to suspend the service in the event of suspected abuse where non-compliant devices as specified by the regulating body ICASA are being used on the Vodacom network.
17. Vodacom may amend these Terms & Conditions by giving you reasonable notice of any such amendment.
18. This offer will run from the 17th of October 2016 until the 31st of March 2017, however as per point (11) Vodacom reserves the right to discontinue this offer at any time.
