Bundled VAS Vodacom Fibre Broadband, Vodacom Cellular Top Up Zero, Hisense television or Xbox One 500GB Console.

Terms And Conditions

1. General

1. The standard terms and conditions for Vodacom Fibre Broadband are applicable to the Vodacom Fibre Broadband contract. These standard terms and conditions are available at https://myvodacom.secure.vodacom.co.za/vodacom/terms/terms-and-conditions

2. The standard terms and conditions for Vodacom Top Up Cellular Contracts are applicable to the Cellular contract. These standard terms and conditions are available at https://myvodacom.secure.vodacom.co.za/vodacom/terms/terms-and-conditions

3. Upon taking out a Fibre contract with Vodacom, you can elect to sign up for the bundled deals as set out in the terms and conditions.

4. You will receive a 24 (twenty four) or 36 (thirty six) month Vodacom Cellular Top up Zero contract, without handset.  The Terms and conditions for the Vodacom Cellular Top Up Zero contract are available at https://myvodacom.secure.vodacom.co.za/vodacom/terms/smart-top-up-plus-terms?cid=ntrn_0_dsgn_6848:

5. You will be liable for a once-off connection fee for the Vodacom Cellular contract.    

6. In addition, should the Vodacom bundled VAS deal be selected, you will be given the option to select from one of the following deals:

a. You will receive a Hisense 55" 4k television model number 55A6100UW if the Hisense television deal is selected. 

b. You will receive a Xbox One 500GB Console, FIFA 18 game, a wireless controller and 3 Months FREE Xbox Live Gold subscription if the Xbox deal is selected. 

c. You will receive a Hisense 55" 4k television model number 55A6100UW a Xbox One 500GB Console, FIFA 18 game, a wireless controller and 3 Months FREE Xbox Live Gold subscription if the Hisense television and Xbox combination deal has been selected. 

7. The Hisense television, Xbox and Hisense television and Xbox combination deals are available to new and existing Vodacom Fibre Broadband customers. 

8. The Hisense television deal is available on a twenty four (24) month or thirty six (36) subscription

9. The Xbox deal is available on a twenty four (24) or month or thirty six (36) month subscription

10. The Hisense television and Xbox combination deal is available on a twenty four (24) or month or thirty six (36) month subscription. 

11. You will be required to have a valid television licence in order qualify for any of the HisenseTV deals. 

12. Should you not have a television licence we will provide you with information on how to purchase a television licence. 

13. Should you not purchase a television licence within five (5) days after being advised by a Vodacom customer support agent to purchase a television licence, the contract will be cancelled. 

14. Where a Hisense  television / Xbox combination deal was applied for and you do not purchase a television licence within five (5) days after being advised by customer support the Hisense television portion only will be cancelled.  You will however still be liable for the subscription of the Xbox. 

15. Should you not be available to receive delivery of your television after 3 (three) delivery attempts your contract will be cancelled.

Delivery of the TV

16. A physical voucher will be couriered to you by an authorised Vodacom delivery agent. 

17. You will be required to provide the proof of purchase (tax invoice) as well a copy of your Identity Document to the delivery agent before the voucher will be provided to you.

18. You will be required to login to following website to schedule the delivery of the television

20. Once you have submitted your details a customer support agent will verify the information and contact you to schedule the delivery of the television. 

21. Should a third party receive your delivery you must ensure that your original Identity document, as well as the third party’s Identity document is available for inspection at the point of delivery.

23. You can query the status of the delivery, reschedule delivery or cancel deliveries for the television by contacting customer support on 011 2367807 or by email delivermytv@digitalplanet.co.za

Delivery of the Xbox

24. The delivery of the Xbox will be managed by an authorised Vodacom delivery agent.

25. Should you not be available to receive delivery of your Xbox after 3 (three) delivery attempts your contract will be cancelled.

26. Xbox warranty is valid for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase  and customer support

28. You can query the status of the delivery, reschedule delivery or cancel deliveries for the Xbox by contacting customer support on 082 135.
