Vodacom Super Rugby Red Rewards


Vodacom (Pty) Ltd (“Vodacom”) is running the Vodacom Super Rugby Red Rewards Competition (the “Competition”) where Vodacom Red customers stand a chance of winning exclusive Vodacom Super Rugby lifestyle experiences, VIP game day experiences, grandstand match tickets and suite match tickets.

All participants during the term of the Competition agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:

1. The Competition is open to Vodacom Red subscribers residing in South Africa only and runs from 08h00 on 17 February 2018 to 23h59 on 1 August 2018 (the “End Date”). 

2. Qualifying Vodacom Red subscribers stand a chance to win one of the following prizes (the “Reward Prizes”):

a. Suite tickets: From 08h00 on 17 February 2018 to 23h59 on 1 August 2018 (“Suite Tickets End Date”) a minimum of two (2) qualifying Vodacom Red customers who entered their selections on the Vodacom Super Rugby Red Rewards page, https://myvodacom.secure.vodacom.co.za/redrewards, each stand a chance to win one (1) set of double suite tickets to selected weekly Vodacom Super Rugby fixture(s) held in one of the four (4) participating South African rugby franchise regions (the “Event”). The location of the weekly suite ticket(s) will be determined at the discretion of Vodacom and cannot be substituted or exchanged for cash.  The winners, by accepting the prize, accept the terms and conditions specific to each suite, which specific terms and conditions will be provided prior to the Event.  Winners will be required to make their own travel arrangements to and from the Event. 

b. Grandstand tickets: From 08h00 on 17 February 2018 to 23h59 on 1 August 2018 (“Grandstand Tickets End Date”) a minimum of ten (10) qualifying Vodacom Red customers who entered their selections on the Vodacom Super Rugby Red Rewards page,  https://myvodacom.secure.vodacom.co.za/redrewards, each stand a chance to win one (1) set of double grandstand tickets to the Event. The location of the weekly ticket(s) will be determined at the discretion of Vodacom and cannot be substituted or exchanged for cash.  Winners will be required to make their own travel arrangements to and from the Event. 

c. Man of the match representative: From 08h00 on 17 February 2018 to 23h59 on 1 August 2018 (“Man of the Match End Date”)  one (1) qualifying Vodacom Red customers who entered their selections on the Vodacom Super Rugby Red Rewards page, https://myvodacom.secure.vodacom.co.za/redrewards, each stand a chance to win one (1) opportunity to hand over the Man of the Match prize to the Man of the Match winner during the live broadcasted handover ceremony after the Event.   The location of the Man of the Match handover ceremony will be determined at the discretion of Vodacom and cannot be substituted or exchanged for cash.  The winners, by accepting the prize, accept the terms and conditions specific to the code of conduct and dress code which will be provided prior to the event.  Winners will be required to make their own travel arrangements to and from the Event. 

d. Lifestyle experience: From 08h00 on 17 February 2018 to 23h59 on 5 July 2018 (“Lifestyle Experience End Date”) fourty (40) qualifying Vodacom Red customers who entered their selections on the Vodacom Super Rugby Red Rewards page, https://myvodacom.secure.vodacom.co.za/redrewards, each stand a chance to win one (1) lifestyle Vodacom Super Rugby experience (the “Lifestyle Experience Event”) held in one of the four (4) participating South African rugby franchise regions. The prize includes transfers, gifts, player appearances, food and beverages.  The winners, by accepting this prize, accept the terms and conditions specific to each Lifestyle Experience Event which will be provided prior to such event.

The Lifestyle Experience Prizes are:

(i) Track day: Ten (10) lucky qualifying entrants each stand a chance to win a spot on the Vodacom Red Track Day at Kyalami Grand Prix circuit on 25 April 2018, valued at R10 000  for the total package per winner (the “Track Day Prize”).   To be eligible to stand a chance to win the Track Day Prize, qualifying entrants must be in possession of a valid South African motor vehicle driver’s license at the time participation and must be able bodied to drive a vehicle without mechanical assistance for the disabled.  Travel to and from the venue is for the expensive of the individual winners.

(ii) Golf Tour:  Ten (10) lucky qualifying entrants each stand a chance to win a spot on the Vodacom Red Golf Tour at selected Golf courses in South Africa from 17 June 2018 to 19 June 2018 (the “Golf Tour Duration”), valued at R30 000 for the total package per winner (the “Golf Tour Prize”).  To be eligible to stand a chance to win the Golf Tour Prize, qualifying entrants must be regular golfers with an official recorded handicap and must able to travel for the Golf Tour Duration.  The Golf Tour Prize is inclusive of flights and accommodation (bed, breakfast and dinner), but is not inclusive of travel to and from the airport and all meals and drinks not included in the accommodation package. 

(iii) Tiger Fishing:  Ten (10) lucky qualifying entrants each stand a chance to win a spot on the Vodacom Red Tiger fishing tour to Zambia from 15 July 2018 to 18 July  2018 (the “Fishing Tour Duration”), valued at R50 000 for the total package per winner (the “Fishing Tour Prize”).  To be eligible to stand a chance to win the Fishing Tour Prize, qualifying entrants must be in possession of a valid SA identity document and/or a valid permanent residence permit and a passport that is valid for 6 months after the date of the Fishing Tour Duration.  The Fishing Tour Prize is inclusive of all flights; accommodation (bed, breakfast and dinner); transfers; application fees for a visa, if required; medical and travel insurance; all taxes related to the Fishing Tour Prize, but excludes meals and drinks not included in the accommodation package; and any medical vaccinations, if required.   

(iv) Wild Dogs:  Seven (7) lucky qualifying entrants and partners each stand a chance to win a spot on the Vodacom Red Wild Dogs experience  to the Kruger Park from 20 June 2018 to 22 June 2018 (the “Experience Duration”), valued at R40 000 for the total package per winner (the “Wild Dogs Experience Prize”).  To be eligible to stand a chance to win the Wild Dogs Experience Prize, qualifying entrants must be in possession of a valid SA identity document and/or a valid permanent residence permit.  The Wild Dogs Experience Prize is inclusive of all flights; accommodation (bed, breakfast and dinner); transfers, medical and travel insurance; all taxes related to the Wild Dogs Experience Prize, but excludes meals and drinks not included in the accommodation package; and any medical vaccinations, if required.

(v) Family Day: Two hundred (200) lucky qualifying entrants each stand a chance to win a spot on the Vodacom Red Family day at Loftus Versfeld on 29 September 2018 for them and their family, valued at R10 000  for the total package per winner (the “Family day prize”).  The qualifying entrant is permitted to up to five (5) family members, exclusive of the qualifying entrant. Travel to and from the venue is for the expense of the individual winners. 

(vi) 4x4: Eight (8) lucky qualifying entrants and partners each stand a chance to win a spot on the Vodacom Red 4x4 Experience in Johannesburg on 02 November 2018 to 04 November 2018, valued at R35 000  for the total package per winner (the “4x4 Prize”).   To be eligible to stand a chance to win the 4x4 Prize, qualifying entrants must be in possession of a valid South African motor vehicle driver’s license at the time participation and must be able bodied to drive a vehicle without mechanical assistance for the disabled.  The 4x4 Experience Prize is inclusive of all flights; accommodation (bed, breakfast and dinner); transfers, medical and travel insurance; all taxes related to the 4x4 Experience Prize, but excludes meals and drinks not included in the accommodation package; and any medical vaccinations, if required

(vii) Vodacom Red Final tour – See clause 42 below.

3. To enter:  

b. Selections are to be submitted by clicking the submit page in order to be eligible to stand a chance to win one of the selected Reward Prizes.

4. Qualifying entrants will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Competition when – 

a. Signing up, or remains signed up, to the Vodacom Red Reward page on https://myvodacom.secure.vodacom.co.za/redrewards during the term of the Competition;

b. Selecting one or more of the Reward Prizes; 

c. Completing their details in the information box; 

d. Submitting their entry form by clicking on the submit button; 

5. The Competition is only open to natural persons at least 18 years and older. 

6. The winners will be randomly selected by means of a random draw selection from all eligible entries which meet the requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions. 

7. The winners of the Reward Prizes will be informed of where and how to accept their prizes, and this will be communicated to them when notified that they have been selected for any of the Reward Prizes stated above. The winners should be reachable, using the cell phone number provided to participate in the Competition, for a period of 48 hours after the respective draw.

8. This Competition is exclusive to Vodacom Red accounts holders: the Vodacom Red account must be fully paid up to date and in good standing.  This will be verified by Vodacom before potential winners are contacted.  Entries received from Vodacom Red business accounts (only) held by legal persons (amongst others Corporates and SMEs, etc.) are excluded from participating and winning in the Competition.

9. All risks and ownership of the Reward Prizes shall pass to the winners on transfer/delivery thereof and hence all of Vodacom’s obligations regarding the Competition as well as regarding the Reward Prizes shall terminate. Vodacom will advise of arrangements in respect of the Reward Prizes at the time of contacting the selected winners.

10. Notwithstanding the fact the Reward Prizes vests in the winners immediately upon the determination of the results, any prize that remains unclaimed after the dates stipulated in clause 7 above, or no reasonable effort is made on the part of the winners to claim the prize despite having been advised of the results of the Competition, will be forfeited.

11. Each qualifying submission as stipulated in clause 4 above constitutes one (1) entry into the Competition.  Only one submission is allowed per Vodacom Red customer.

12. Only entries received during the Competition period as stipulated in clause 1 above will qualify as potential winners.

13. Participants must be in possession of a valid SA identity document or valid permanent residence permit valid for a period exceeding 12 (twelve) months for the Republic of South Africa and valid at the End Date.

14. The selected winners must be able to identify themselves (in a manner determined by Vodacom) as the qualifying entrants to the Competition and must comply with the required validation procedure in order to claim the prizes.

15. The selected winners must have complied with these Terms and Conditions to enter and be on an active, qualifying Vodacom Red contract with no accounts held with Vodacom being in arrears to be eligible to win any of the Reward Prizes.

16. There are no additional charges for participating in the Competition.  

17. All the information provided or related to this Competition shall be managed and captured by a Vodacom approved third party service provider (Openfield Marketing) for running the Competition only.

18. Vodacom will share personal details of winners, such as name and contact number with a Vodacom approved agency (Openfield Marketing) who will notify the winner that he/she has won a Reward Prize in the Competition and you hereby agree to such disclosure as is necessary to affect the Reward Prize fulfilment.

19. Openfield Marketing (“Openfield”) will use reasonable efforts to contact the winner telephonically on the contact details used to participate in the Competition.  Openfield shall attempt to contact the winner as stipulated in clause 4 in these Terms and Conditions.

20. Should a participant not be available on the contact number during the timeframe stipulated or reject, forfeit or decline acceptance of the prize, that person's right to the prize will be deemed to have been waived and the Reward Prize will be forfeited. Vodacom reserves the right to then award the Reward Prize to the next selected entrant.

21. The claim for a Reward Prize will be subject to security and validation, failing which the winner will forfeit the Reward Prize and such prize will be awarded to the next selected qualifying entrant.

22. If a winner cannot accept the Reward Prize for any reason whatsoever, such prize will be awarded to the next selected qualifying entrant. The Reward Prizes may not be transferred or redeemed for cash.

23. Vodacom reserves the right to withhold any Reward Prize until it is satisfied that the claim by the winner is valid.

24. If the user of the mobile phone (i.e. the participant in the Competition) is not the person that is responsible for payment of the qualifying contract / existing qualifying contract, then the prize will be awarded to the person that is the account holder and responsible for payment of the qualifying contract / existing qualifying contract.

25. Only entrants who are using SIM cards that have been RICA registered are eligible to win the Competition. Each owner of a SIM card(s) is responsible to comply with South African law by RICA registering their SIM cards.

26. Vodacom shall request each winner’s consent in writing to his / her image and/or likeness being used and published by Vodacom in connection with the Competition for a period of 12 (twelve) months after having been announced as a winner.  Any winner may decline the use of his/her image and/or likeness by Vodacom.

27. No prize is not transferable or exchangeable and may not be redeemed for cash.

28. The judges’ decision on any aspect of the Competition including the allocation of the Reward Prizes will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

29. In the event of a dispute in regard to any aspect of the Competition and/or the Terms and Conditions, Vodacom’s decision will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

30. User data collected via the Competition will not be used for any other purpose than for the Competition only. 

31. User data collected via the entry for this Competition will be stored for as long as it is legally required to and in accordance with Vodacom’s Privacy Policy, https://myvodacom.secure.vodacom.co.za/vodacom/terms/privacy-policy. 

32. Employees, directors and agents of Vodacom and all participating stores, their immediate families, life partners, business partners and associates and any person directly involved with the sponsoring, devising, production, management or marketing of this Competition are not eligible to participate in this Competition.

33. The duration of the Competition may be extended or curtailed at the discretion of Vodacom.

34. Vodacom is not liable for any technical failures affecting participation and / or the prize redemption process of the Competition.

35. Vodacom shall not be liable for any costs incurred by the winners for entering the Competition or in claiming the prize. 

36. Vodacom, their associated companies, agents, contractors and sponsors assume no liability whatsoever for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from a customer’s participation in the Competition or for any loss or damage, death or personal injury suffered or sustained arising from either participation in the competition or from claiming the prize. 

37. In addition, neither Vodacom nor its agents shall be responsible for any loss or misdirected entries, including entries that were not received due to any failure of hardware, software, or other computer or technical systems. 

38. If Vodacom is required by law to alter or cancel any aspect of, or as a whole, the Competition or to terminate the Competition as a result of changes in legislation, or for any other reason whatsoever, Vodacom will have the right to terminate the Competition with immediate effect and without notice. In such event all entrants hereby waive any rights which they may have against Vodacom and its associated companies, agents, contractors and/or sponsors.

39. If as a result of any event outside the control of Vodacom for any other reason whatsoever, including but not limited to conduct or an omission by a third party supplier, contractor or sponsor, Vodacom is required to alter or cancel any aspect of the Competition, or terminate the Competition as a whole, Vodacom will have the right to alter and/or terminate the Competition, including the prizes offered in the Competition, with immediate effect and without notice.  In such event all entrants hereby waive any rights which they may have against Vodacom and its associated companies, agents, contractors and/or sponsors.

40. Vodacom may refuse to award the prize if these Terms and Conditions have not been adhered to or if it detects any irregularities or fraudulent practices. Vodacom is entitled in its entire discretion to reject any participant for any reason and will not be obliged to notify the participant that they are rejected.  

41. All information relating to the Competition which is published on any marketing material will form part of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between such marketing material and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

42. Vodacom (Pty) Ltd (“Vodacom”) is running the Vodacom Super Rugby Final Tour Competition (“the Competition”) on https://myvodacom.secure.vodacom.co.za/redrewards

All participants during the term of the Competition agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:

The Competition is open to Vodacom Red subscribers in South Africa and runs from 08h00 on 17 February 2018 to 23h59 on 4 June 2018 (“end date). 

For the period stipulated in clause 1 above, Six (6) lucky entrants stand a chance of winning two (2) spots on the Vodacom Super Rugby final tour, wherever it is played in Australia or New Zealand or Argentina or Japan or South Africa on 4 August 2018, for entering on https://myvodacom.secure.vodacom.co.za/redrewards

To enter: 

a. Vodacom Red customers will be prompted to visit https://myvodacom.secure.vodacom.co.za/redrewards and select rewards they are interested in by choosing from a bouquet of pre-determined rewards;

b. Select the Vodacom Super Rugby Final Tour icon

c. Enter your personal detail at the bottom of the page.

d. Selection is to be submitted by clicking the submit page in order to be eligible to win a reward.

The Competition is only open to natural persons at least 18 years and older. Entries received from business accounts held by legal persons (amongst others Corporates and SMEs, etc.) are excluded from participating and winning in the Competition.

Friends who accompany winners to the event must also be 18 years or older due to the nature of the prize.

The Grand Prize includes the following:

e. Return Economy Class airline tickets for travel from Johannesburg on an airline of Vodacom’s choice. Approximate travel dates are: 

Depart: 1 Aug  2018; 

Return: 7 August 2018. 

f. Final travel dates and times will be confirmed with the Prize winner and are dependent on where the final destination of the Vodacom Super Rugby Final is held.

g. Where applicable, local South African domestic return flights will be arranged from the Prize winner’s hometown (nearest airport) to Johannesburg. Flights will be booked in such a manner to coincide with the departures and arrivals of the international flights.

h. Access to business class lounges prior to departure.

i. Shared accommodation (including breakfast) for the duration of the trip at a hotel of Vodacom’s choice. (Schedule of the stay to be determined by Vodacom in accordance with dates of the final rugby game).

j. Daily drinks and meals (other than breakfast) at the hotel, final match tickets as well as any sightseeing and excursions that are part of the itinerary, will be included based on the final itinerary as determined by Vodacom.

k. Ground transport between the international airport and hotel and the hotel and the rugby stadium where the rugby match will be hosted/ to sightseeing trips on the final itinerary as determined by Vodacom.

l. Match day tickets for the final rugby game to be held on 4 August 2018. Seating and the type of tickets will be determined by Vodacom. 

m. Medical and travel insurance.

n. Application fees for a visa if required.

o. All taxes related to all prizes.

p. Vodacom Super Rugby Supporters Pack.

q. Gifts and/or promotional items at Vodacom’s discretion.

The prize excludes the following:

r. Travel to and from the airport closest to the Prize winner’s hometown.

s. Meals outside of the agreed upon itinerary, all expenses of a personal nature, such as non-essential transport, non-scheduled sightseeing, laundry, telephone calls, gratuities, items from the mini-bar fridge, room service and any other costs not specifically included in the prize description.

t. Any other costs incurred by the Prize winner in entering or claiming the prize.

u. Any medical vaccinations if required

The Grand Prize winner and his / her friend must be in possession of a valid SA identity document or valid permanent residence permit and a passport that is valid for 6 months after the date of international travel, as stipulated in clause 5(a) above.  The expiry date for passports must not be earlier than 1 February 2019. 

The Grand Prize winner and his / her friend must also be in possession of valid passports with no restrictions to travel to United States of America, and to claim the Grand Prize, the Grand Prize winner and his / her friend must be issued with the required visas to travel (refer clause 5(j) above), if applicable.  Should the Grand Prize winner not qualify for the necessary visa, he / she will forfeit the prize and Vodacom may in the exercise of its discretion nominate another winner. 

The Grand Prize winner and his / her selected friend must be eligible to travel, have no criminal warrant, and/or health issues that prohibit them to travel internationally.

The Grand Prize winner and his / her elected friend must be available to travel between 1 August 2018 (approximate date of departure) and 7  August 2018 (approximate date of return), as stipulated in clause 5(a) above.  Should the Grand Prize winner not be available to utilize the prize during this period, he / she will forfeit the prize and Vodacom may in the exercise of its discretion nominate another winner.

The Grand Prize winner will not be allowed to make changes/request changes to reservations for accommodation, hotels or airline services made by Vodacom.  Should the Grand Prize winner wish to extend his / her trip either prior to or after the arranged tour will be allowed to do so, however, all costs related to any changes will be for the Grand Prize winner’s account. Changes will only be permitted on the basis that the Grand Prize winner and his/her partner attend the tour as determined by Vodacom. No changes will be permitted during the travel period.  In the event that the Grand Prize winner or his/her partner has to leave the trip while still on tour for whatsoever reason, the Grand Prize winner will be responsible for all costs involved related to any changes that need to be made. 

Vodacom will share the personal details of the Grand Prize winner and his / her friend, such as name, surname, email, ID number and contact number (local & international travel) passport number, residential address, bank statements (international travel) with a Vodacom approved agency (Openfield Marketing Johannesburg) in order to make travel arrangements for the Grand Prize Winner and his / her friend and participants hereby agree to such disclosure as is necessary to effect the prize fulfillment.

Travel arrangements, accommodation and flight reservations and application for Visas (if required) include disclosing winners personal detail such as name, surname, ID number, contact number, passport number, residential address and bank statements to the relevant countries’ embassy, travel and tour operators (local or abroad) and hotels (local or abroad) and participants hereby agree to such disclosure as is necessary to effect the prize fulfillment. The Grand Prize Winner and his / her friend will be informed of the specific details of travel and tour operators, airlines and hotels when they are notified that they have won. Vodacom will also provide an itinerary.

Vodacom will facilitate the application for Visas if applicable. Should for whatever reason, the Visa application be denied or not issued timeously, Vodacom cannot be held liable in anyway and the winner will his / her prize.

Only entries received during the Competition period as stipulated in clause 1 above will qualify as potential winners.

All the information provided or related to this Competition shall be managed and captured by a Vodacom approved third party service provider (Openfield Marketing Johannesburg) for the purpose of running the Competition only.

The Prize winners, as stipulated in clause 2 above, will also be randomly selected after the end date of the Competition, as stipulated in clause 1 above, from a list of entrants who meet all the requirements stipulated in these Terms and Conditions.  All winners will be notified within 2 (two) weeks after the end date.

Participants must reside in South Africa and be in possession of a valid South African identity document or permanent residence permit or temporary residence permit valid for a period exceeding 3 (three) months for the Republic of South Africa and valid at the end date of the Competition.

Participants are allowed to enter only once, and will only qualify to win one of the prize packages listed in clause 3 above. 

The winners must be able to identify themselves in a manner determined by Vodacom, as the qualifying entrants to the Competition and have to comply with the required validation procedure in order to claim the prizes. 

There are no additional charges for participating in the Competition. 

In the event that the user of the mobile phone (i.e. the participant in the Competition) is not the person that is responsible for payment of the participating mobile phone account/ charges, then the prize will be awarded to the person that is responsible for payment of the participating mobile phone account/ charges.

Vodacom will share personal details of winners, such as name and contact number with a Vodacom approved agency (Openfield Marketing Johannesburg) to notify winners that they have won and you hereby accept and agree to such disclosure as is necessary to effect the prize fulfillment.

Vodacom will use reasonable efforts to contact the winners telephonically on the contact details provided by the participants to participate in the Competition.

The winners will be contacted during normal working hours, between 8 (eight) in the morning and 5 (five) in the afternoon.

Vodacom shall attempt to contact the winners for a period of 1 (one) normal working week day after their names have been drawn and verified as winners.

Should a participant not be available on the contact number provided during the timeframe stipulated above or rejects, forfeits or declines acceptance of the prize, that person's right to the prize will be deemed to have been waived and the prize will be forfeited. Vodacom reserves the right to then award the prize to the next randomly drawn participant.

In the event that the user of the mobile phone (i.e. the participant in the Competition) is not the person that is responsible for payment of the participating mobile phone account/ charges, then the prize will be awarded to the person that is responsible for payment of the participating mobile phone account/ charges.

Notwithstanding the fact that the prizes vest on the winners immediately upon the determination of the results, prizes that remain unclaimed/ undeliverable after one (1) month of the end date, or after the date of the launch event, or no effort is made on the part of the winners to claim the prizes despite having been advised of the results of the Competition, will be forfeited. Vodacom then reserves the right to award the respective prizes to the next qualifying winner.

If the winner cannot accept any prize or for any reason whatsoever, the prize will be awarded to the next selected entrant.

Vodacom shall not be liable for any costs incurred by the winners for entering the Competition or claiming the prize. 

Vodacoms’ decision on any aspect of the Competition including the allocation of the prize will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

In the event of a dispute in regard to any aspect of the Competition and/or the Terms and Conditions, Vodacom’s decision will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. 

Vodacom may refuse to award a prize if entry procedures or these Terms and Conditions have not been adhered to or if it detects any irregularities or fraudulent practices. Vodacom is entitled in its entire discretion to reject any participant for any reason and will not be obliged to notify participants that they are rejected.  

User data collected via the Competition will not be used for any other purpose than for the execution of the Competition only.

User data collected via the entry for this Competition will be stored for as long as it is legally required to and in accordance with Vodacom’s Privacy Policy: Policy  https://myvodacom.secure.vodacom.co.za/vodacom/terms/privacy-policy   If there is no legal requirement, the collected information will only be stored for as long as it is needed.

In order to effect arrangements required for the prize fulfilment in terms of this Competition, Vodacom shall provide the winners’ personal information, such as name, contact number and  physical address to a Vodacom approved third party  (Ram Hand to Hand Couriers)  for prize distribution and you hereby agree to such disclosure as is necessary to effect the prize fulfilment.

Neither Vodacom or any other person or party associated with the Competition, their associated companies, agents, contractors and sponsors and any of its personnel involved in the Competition, shall be liable whatsoever for any loss or damage incurred or suffered (including but not limited to direct or indirect or consequential loss), death or personal injury suffered or sustained arising from either participation in the Competition or from claiming the prize. 

In addition, neither Vodacom nor its agents shall be responsible for any loss or misdirected entries, including entries that were not received due to any failure of hardware, software, or other computer or technical systems.

Employees, directors and agents of Vodacom, their immediate families, life partners, business partners and associates and any person directly involved with the devising, producing, managing or marketing this Competition are not eligible to participate and win in this Competition.

If Vodacom is required by law to alter or cancel any aspect of the Competition or to terminate it as a result of changes in legislation, or for any reason whatsoever, it will have the right to terminate the Competition being offered, with immediate effect and without notice. In such event all entrants hereby waive any rights which they may have against Vodacom and its associated companies, agents, contractors and/or sponsors. 

All information relating to the Competition which is published on any marketing material will form part of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between such marketing material and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
