What happens next?
Visit your nearest Vodacom store to drop the damaged device off. Provide your claim number (as above).
The device will be sent to the Vodacom Repairs Centre where the damage will be assessed and a decision will be made on your claim.
If approved, the device will be repaired. The Repair Centre will notify you of the repair progress.
Once repaired, collect your device from the Vodacom store where you dropped it off and pay the applicable excess.
